The Society of Stitchers is an embroidery club led by Nella Casson that meets during the winter in Prince Edward County. We gather throughout the darkest months for community, craft and the love of stitching. Working on a project centered around a theme, we hone our skills and create textile art that culminates in an exhibition. Over the past eight years The Society of Stitchers has grown, welcoming all ages and skill levels. We are a supportive and friendly group as we share our skills around the table. Stitchers improve their embroidery abilities year over year and new members are always welcome.
